Zach was super helpful when booking our cruise. We booked two state rooms on the Icon of the Seas. He was really knowledgeable about the drink and wifi packages and even shared a good work around using an eSIM so our kids could have cheaper internet access. Unfortunately he didn't flag for us that the waterslides were shutdown, it wouldn't have made a difference but it would have been good information going in- either way we had a great time and would use his services again!

Working with DeZZtinations was such a great experience from start to finish. Zach made booking our Royal Caribbean cruise incredibly easy, especially since we were coordinating two cabins. Working with Zach to plan our Italy trip was a fantastic experience. We knew that we wanted to go to Italy, but we really needed the guidance and expertise to help us to choose what cities/activities we should visit and experience in a relatively short period of time.The locations of our hotels in the different cities we visited, the transfers to/from hotels, train stations and airports, and the planned excursions all came together perfectly. During the planning phase, Zach was so helpful and responded to any and all of our questions and request promptly and cheerfully. It was our please to work with him.
