Day in Lucerne & drive to Engelberg
Depart Zurich and begin your drive to Lucerne, about 45 minutes away. Walk around the town and take a boat tour on Lake Lucerne. Continue your drive to Grindelwald, about another half hour away. Get settled into your hotel before dinner in town.

Gondola ride from Engelberg
Take a gondola ride up to Furenalp, the views are stunning. At the top, you can walk on trails amongst the cattle and view the snow-capped mountain peaks. Before heading back down, have lunch with an incredible view.

Grindelwald

Jungfrau region
Leave for a scenic drive to Grindelwald today, a quaint town with picturesque houses along. Here you can take a long cable car ride on the Eiger Express and at the top you can opt for activities such as zip lining. Return to town for dinner and stay here for the night.

Interlaken

Adventures in Interlaken
Head to Interlaken today, nestled in between Lakes Thun and Brienz with incredible views- the best of which I think is from above! On a clear day you will see tons of paragliders in the air- will you be one of them? Afterwards, head to your hotel in Spiez along Lake Thun.

The views along this trip were incredible and I can't recommend it enough! I loved renting a car because you can go at your own pace, explore off-the-beaten-path areas, and return to favorite spots.
