Charles, did a excellent job orchestrating our travels! Next time my wife and I would probably want a cruise that allows us to stay in places for at least 2 days. So Charles is already working on finding us such a cruise...what service!!! We had to change our initial cruise arrangement due the port we would've had to fly to and Charles and the staff made the change without any complications or hicups. So from start to finish, Charles made sure he communicated with us what we needed to know, and places that we could connect with, such as parking, which made the whole processes smoother. Excellent customer service. Charles is responsive and will take the best care of you. He took care of some flights for us. We booked pretty far in advance and the airlines modified the itinerary to the point that it was not likely to make the connecting flight on the outbound leg. Charles was there every step of the way in case things didnt work out and fortunately everything worked out fine. Thinking about booking a cruise, Charles will be the man when we do.

I cannot recommend a more talented agent for booking a trip and excursions from the beginning of my trip he asked me some of the things I wanted to do the hotel accommodations exceeded my expectations!not only did he get me a good deal on a place to stay but recommended a few good restaurants and some awesome places to dive from shore diving at the blue heron bridge to going on my first drift dive it was all surreal and amazing
