I highly recommend Arwyn as a travel agent, she guided me through all the difficult details of planning a trip with ease. I was mostly impressed with her patience with all my question. I felt that she was very passionate about her job , alone with helping me fulfill a life long journey of memory.

Arwyn was extremely helpful while planning a European adventure. She assisted with researching car rentals and hotels and she was very helpful obtaining a trip insurance policy. She was willing to assist in all areas of the vacation

What made planning and enjoying this trip was Arwyn Lautenschlager. Here are some of the highlights. Arwyn spent multiple phone, zoom, email and text messages to get a clear picture of what I wanted to experience during this trip, background on previous trip successes and of course, a realistic budget. Arwyn put together a day by day, hour by hour trip plan that took into account my must haves, museums, nature, shopping and great food experiences. Arwyn was on top of getting tickets to the event, making double sure that our B&B arrangements were all set and adjusting the schedule to accommodate my energy levels, more exploring early in the day and some rest time before dinner. Arwyn was attentive to details like how was I getting to the airport, parking at the airport, TSA precheck status, travel insurance recommendations, etc. I must say that Arwyn was on top of all the details of this 10 day trip and made this a memorable travel experience.

Arwyn always listens to our travel concerns as she helped us plan for our various trips. She is an experienced travel agent who made our trip experience smooth and our memories wonderful
