Arwyn spent multiple phone, zoom, email and text messages to get a clear picture of what I wanted to experience during this trip, background on previous trip successes and of course, a realistic budget. Arwyn put together a day by day, hour by hour trip plan that took into account my must haves, museums, nature, shopping and great food experiences. Arwyn was on top of getting tickets to the event, making double sure that our B&B arrangements were all set and adjusting the schedule to accommodate my energy levels, more exploring early in the day and some rest time before dinner. Arwyn was attentive to details like how was I getting to the airport, parking at the airport, TSA precheck status, travel insurance recommendations, etc. I must say that Arwyn was on top of all the details of this 10 day trip and made this a memorable travel experience.
