Hi! I’m Brittany, a travel advisor with Marvelous Mouse Travels, and I specialize in helping families and couples confidently plan gluten-free and allergy-friendly vacations without the stress and guesswork that can so often come with traveling with dietary restrictions.

Traveling with food allergies is deeply personal for me because it’s something my family lives every single day. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2010, and since then I’ve learned how to navigate airports, theme parks, cruises, restaurants, resorts, and vacations completely gluten free. I know the anxiety that can come with wondering if there will be safe food options available, if cross contamination will be understood, or if a destination will truly take dietary needs seriously.

In addition to my own celiac disease, my son was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) at just 15 months old. He is now 13, and our family has spent years navigating food allergies, elimination diets, ingredient labels, safe restaurants, and specialty meal requests while still making travel a priority. We’ve experienced vacations during multiple stages of his journey—including traveling to Disneyland while he had a feeding tube. That experience completely changed the way I approach vacation planning for families with medical and dietary needs. I understand firsthand that sometimes the smallest details can make the biggest difference in whether a trip feels stressful or magical.

Because of our personal experiences, I love helping clients feel prepared before they travel. Whether it’s finding resorts with better allergy-friendly dining options, helping families understand how special dietary requests work on cruises, recommending safe quick-service locations inside the parks, or simply helping clients feel less alone in the process, I genuinely enjoy being a resource for other allergy families.

I specialize in Disney destinations, Universal, cruises, and family vacations, and I have extensive experience researching gluten-free and allergy-friendly dining options both in the parks and while traveling. Some of our family’s favorite memories have come from vacations where we felt truly supported by the destination and could relax and enjoy the experience instead of constantly worrying about food.

One of our most recent trips took us to Las Vegas, where I had some of the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever eaten right on the Las Vegas Strip—proof that allergy-friendly travel has come such a long way over the years. I love discovering destinations, restaurants, and travel experiences that make gluten-free travelers feel included instead of limited.

As both a traveler and a mom navigating food allergies, I understand that planning these trips can sometimes feel overwhelming. My goal is to help make the process easier, less stressful, and a lot more fun.
