Karen prepared our group for a great group experience of traveling across the world to experience and see things we have dreamed about. She was great in listening to me about what we wanted to offer on a Journeys of Paul trip. She came up with three different trip combinations that could fit different budgets and time periods. This allowed us to sign up a good-sized group so that we could travel together to learn but also build church community. Karen met with every traveler and helped them plan which section of the trip would be best for them. She also answered all of the travelers' questions. This is great since it was my goal to focus in on the formational and community building part of the trip. She also oversaw all signups and helped people purchase their trip. Karen provided me with all of the details from her conversations so that I was fully in the loop regarding each person. Karen also prepared me well to lead the trip. There are always unexpected things that take place that must be handled on the fly. But Karen covered so many of the possibles that I felt like we are able to navigate everything pretty well. Karen helped us pick the company to do our group travel that could best provide the trip we envisioned for the church. On paper ETS looked exactly like what we needed. But their office representation was lacking. The problems we had on the trips from plane tickets problems, travel schedule, and even shuttling to and from the airport were ETS related. Karen though was a great representation to them for us. She helped us solved the problems that came up before the trip. Karen even jumped in while we were traveling to help with a few matters with ETS. I will continue to use Karen in planning all of our church group travel trips. She is professional and does what she says she is going to do. We had the experience of a lifetime and Karen's help, and support made it all possible.

This trip was amazing not only to the sites and experiences, but for the coordination, preparation, and support of Karen Clark. She sure makes traveling easy and stress free. So many memories were created from this amazing experience! I liked her tips for travel during an in-person (and Zoom) meeting with the group. Also love following her Facebook posts about travel. She helps you feel comfortable, safe, and excited about traveling!

Just returned from an Amawaterways Rhone cruise/ tour of Nice which was all organized by Karen. In addition to her enthusiasm, attention to details, responsiveness and professionalism, she was especially helpful when my passport was stolen in the airport (at the beginning of my vacation). The stress alone could have ruined my vacation but Karen jumped right in and went above and beyond assisting me with the replacement of my passport. I can never thank her enough for this!! A+++

What an incredible journey! Paris pre tour, Rhone River cruise from Lyon yo Vienne, Vickers, Avignon and Arles . Post tour in the beautiful city of Nice followed by tour of Monoco and Monte Carlo.
