Barbara helped us book an excellent vacation during one of the most difficult times in history! She listened carefully to our wishes, then sent suggestions that we never would have thought of. Due to COVID and health issues, we had to cancel the trip that she originally helped us book. She patiently helped us switch our plans to a different vacation which turned out awesome! Besides being patient and kind, Barbara is very knowledgeable and well informed about travel and truly listened to our needs. I'd book with her again in a heartbeat!!!

We had efficient communication with Barbara via text as she provided us multiple quotes before we settled on our itinerary with flights to FLL. She gave us quick responses when we were picking our departure times and when we wanted to change rooms. We usually book inside cabins and our room change turned out to be quite fortunate. At check-in, they said they wanted to use one of our rooms for potential quarantining and bumped us to a balcony. Then on board, they moved our other room to another one two doors down from our new room (so that we were actually closer than our original rooms were). We didn't really hang out on our balconies , but we were able to enjoy the views. Not only did we have superior service from Barbara, but she brought us good luck too!

I do not write reviews. I wanted to make that clear from the beginning; and in so doing, highlight how amazing I think Ms. Cerbie is that I felt compelled to leave a review here! Even though we only conversed via text messages, Ms. Cerbie has been the most attentive and responsive agent I have had the pleasure of working with over the past decade. I imagine that she must have many clients but she always makes me feel like I have my own personal agent working just for me. I think, as customers, that is what we all want. And it is a testament to the wonderful and efficient work that Ms. Cerbie does. She always goes "above and beyond" to make sure that I am getting the best deal with the cruises I choose to take. We didn't find out until we got to the airport to return home that the last leg of our flight was cancelled, and we were going to be stranded several hundred miles from home. There were no other flight options. She was quick to reserve us a rental car, get a refund initiated from the airline, and help us with our travel insurance claim for the rental car...all before we landed! Just excellent service!!

I was linked to Barb via Cruise Compete. I was hesitant to use an agent I didn't know, but it was a great price, so I sent her an email. I am a novice at traveling and have only been on once cruise 20 years ago, and a local agent had booked that for us.
I was very pleased with how easy it was to book our cruise and the price she was able to lock in for us. When the trip was a couple weeks out, all of our travel companions suggested we try to get cabins on the same floor, so I emailed Barb to see if it was possible and she replied almost instantly with a new confirmation with our new room. We had no issues at all and I'm sure if we had a problem Barb would have been reachable and able to solve it immediately.
