Our trip was phenomenal! Kim helped us every step of the way, answered my endless questions, and arranged everything for 16 PEOPLE! She reached out to virgin voyages for us multiple times, got us a discount, set us up with dinner, ensured we had a hotel near our port while in Miami, wrote down an itinerary for a Bach group to enjoy in Key West which we followed and loved! AND she surprised my fiance and I either a bouquet of roses and a bottle of champagne when we got to our rockstar suite which made this feel so elevated, fun, and special. She was super easy to talk to and funny, was able to give all the advice since she had experience in the cruise line. And was thoughtful even after the trip and sent us a card ?? I’d highly recommend Kim to anyone in search of a travel agent!

The private pool deck was our favorite spot - so peaceful and luxurious compared to the main pool areas. We even met several other Retreat guests who became fast friends. Kim's expertise in Celebrity cruises really showed - she knew exactly which amenities and experiences would make our trip special. The ship exceeded all our expectations, and we're already planning our next Celebrity cruise with her as well. She made the whole process effortless and helped us have the vacation of a lifetime.

Based on our conversations, she helped us choose the perfect resort that fit our budget and needs, selected the right ticket options, and secured all our dining reservations including character meals our kids had been dreaming about. Kim helped us with our family cruise on Royal Caribbean and helped us narrow down which ship, itinerary, cabin choices, all with are large family group. She listened to what everyone wanted and stayed organized and took the reins on coordinating each person so I didn't have to and was very informative on all the islands we visited and the tours we wanted to book, and of course everyone had different choices and she was able to handle that as well.
