We threw it all at her during our trip. One of our hotels filed for bankruptcy and was closed when we got there, then due to a blizzard and flight changes, we needed to cancel a night at a different hotel. Heather took care of all of it with such an upbeat attitude and was so helpful and made the trip less stressful. I highly recommend.
