Staying at Helios Grand completely elevated our Epic Universe experience! The dedicated entrance into the park was a total game changer and made everything so easy and convenient. Combined with early park access, we were able to ride FOUR rides before lunch something we never could have done otherwise! Being able to enter the park quickly and get ahead of the crowds gave us so much extra time to enjoy the day without feeling rushed. After a full morning of rides and fun, it was so nice being able to easily return to our room for a break before heading back out. It actually came in especially handy when it started raining on us because we were able to quickly get back to the hotel, relax for a bit, and then head right back into the park once the rain passed. The resort itself was absolutely beautiful, the staff was wonderful, and the convenience alone made it worth every penny. If you are planning a trip to Epic Universe, Helios Grand is 100% the place to stay!

Our stay at Helios Grand was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The resort is beautiful, clean, and truly feels luxurious while still being warm and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and every detail throughout the hotel was thoughtfully done. One of the best parts of our stay was having a theme park view room. It made the experience even more magical because we were able to watch the nighttime show right from our room each evening. The view was absolutely stunning and made our trip feel extra special. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we loved the relaxing yet exciting atmosphere throughout the resort. Between the gorgeous pool area, beautiful surroundings, and unforgettable views, Helios Grand exceeded our expectations in every way. We are already looking forward to coming back!

My family went on a 10 day vacation to both Universal and Disney World, and this trip has been in the works for almost two years. It was amazing! Definitely a trip we’ll never forget. From the beginning, Leisa has been there to answer all my questions, give advice, and calm my worries. Mrs. Ellison is truly the best! She was there from the very first interest message all the way till we drove back into the driveway at home. This was our first trip out of the country, not to mention our honeymoon, so we wanted it to be something special but of course safe. Leisa made our Rock the Universe trip to Universal such an amazing experience from beginning to end!
