I reached out at the last minute for help with airport parking, places to visit, general advice and excursions. Danielle returned my call and provided options right away. It was a pleasure working with her. She reached out multiple times prior to my departure to see if I had questions. Also, she assured me that if something happened with any bookings while on the trip she would help. It was my first time working with an agent. Danielle definitely made me feel at ease. Danielle is great! She was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process, giving us multiple options according to our exact specifications and narrowing down our ideal vacation destination. She then helped us to decide on what to do while at our destination, providing us with excursions and tours that fell in line with our desired experiences. Danielle made sure that we knew how and when to get to our flights, our transportation to and from the resort, and that everything went off without a hitch. She’s fantastic and we will certainly be going through her again for our next vacation!
