Melissa made our trip seem less and was with us beginning to end. She was available 24/7 to answer any questions which I didn’t expect. She answered on holidays, Sundays. No waiting for her to respond. She suggested an upgrade that became available which we were so thankful for. She checked in to make sure there weren’t any issues and even just to wish us a good trip. Smoothest travel yet. Will be planning our next trip with Melissa
