Imagine stepping on board a cruise ship and entering your stateroom. You unpack once, then settle in to relax and enjoy everything cruising has to offer. As the ship carries you to any of the 330 destinations across 100 countries on seven continents, your only job is to let me help you choose your itinerary and then let the captain and crew handle the rest.
The most stressful decisions you'll face are? Where to eat, which show to see, what activities to join, and of course, which exciting excursions to explore.
No wonder people fall in love with cruising. It's truly the most dreamy and relaxing vacation imaginable.
I believe that once you've taken your first cruise, you'll know if it's for you. For 80% to 90% of the people, it's love at first voyage. The thrill on visiting different ports and wonderful destinations is unmatched. If you tried to reach all of these places by flying and driving, you couldn't fit them into the same amount of time, and you'd be exhausted from the planning and road time.
Not to mention the cost of a long road trip. There's fuel, hotels, meals, parking fees, gratuities, wear and tear on your vehicle, and the hassle of packing and unpacking every day. When you consider all of this, cruising becomes an even better and more cost-effective choice.
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy car trips, but they take work. A cruise, on the other hand, lets you relax and enjoy world-class entertainment and amenities while you travel to your next port or country. If you have children, you know long road trips can be challenging, why not make the journey part of the fun?
One of the best parts of cruising is the variety of ships you can choose from. In the mass market category, you'll find the mega ships, the floating cities at sea. The MSC Europa can welcome up to 6.762 passengers per sailing, while Royal Caribbean's Icon of the Sea can host an incredible 7,600 passengers.
Next in line are the large to mid-sized ships. Celebrity Cruise ships in this category can accommodate between 1,500 and 3,260 passengers, while Norwegian Cruise Lines can carries from 2,000 to 4,200 guests.
Smaller ships are often in the Luxury category. Oceania welcomes between 648 to1,250 passengers, while Regent Seven Seas offers an ultra-exclusive experience with just 95 to 373 guests on board.
As you can see, there's a cruise experience for every traveler, whether you prefer the excitement and endless options of a mega ship, the balance and charm of a large to mid-sized ship, or the intimate elegance of a luxury cruise. The decision is yours to make. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
