We booked a family trip on the Coastal Starlight, and Cindy gave us fair warning ahead of time, delays were common. We boarded in Salinas in the early evening, and the first three hours everything was wonderful. Then, just as Cindy had cautioned, the delays began. By the time we arrived in Seattle, we were five hours behind schedule and had missed our connection to Vancouver. I called Cindy right away, she immediately took care of us-arranging a hotel in Seattle and getting us to Vancouver the next day. When we latter decided we'd fly home, she quickly booked our flights and made sure everything went smoothly. While the train ride itself had its challenges, Cindy's planning, support, and quick problem-solving turned a potentially stressful trip into a manageable experience.

Every detail was carefully thought out--from the perfect cabin selection to each excursion that fit our style, especially my mom. We never once felt rushed or overwhelmed, instead we enjoyed smooth sailing with plenty of time to relax. Cindy's insider tips made a huge difference. Our Flight was great, we made our connections with no problems. Cindy set us up in a lovely condo very close to campus. We were so pleased with it. After the graduation, Cindy booked a rental car, because we were driving home instead of flying. When we got to the to the rental car agency to find that they where out of cars. We called Cindy, she called several rental agencies and finally found a car for us. It was a two hour wait. The trip would have been a five star, if it hadn't been for the rental car agency.
