Wildlife sightings at sea and on shore. Sea days were just as exciting as port days — lounging in warm, window-filled spaces with endless scenery rolling past, catching live entertainment at night, and swapping stories with fellow passengers. Glacier Viewing Day
Sail on a small boat in Endicott Arm Fjord right up to one of the highlights of the trip: Dawes Glacier. The water is so still it looks like glass, broken only by chunks of blue-white ice floating gently by. Every now and then, you'll hear the deep, thundering crack of ice calving — a piece of glacier breaking free and crashing into the water. It’s the kind of sound that makes you stop mid-sentence, goosebumps and all.

Skagway: Into the Yukon
You'll take a bus for a scenic ride into the Yukon. The journey alone was worth it — winding mountain roads, rushing rivers, and valleys that seemed to stretch forever. The grand finale was the Yukon Suspension Bridge. Yes, it wobbles. Yes, you'll grip the railing a little tighter than you'd like to admit. But the views? Worth it! Mountains, forests, and the roaring river below — it is pure Alaska.

Juneau: Glacier Views and Quaint Streets
First stop is Juneau, Alaska’s capital city, where the town’s charm alone will keep you busy all day. But there's a bigger adventure planned — visiting the Mendenhall Glacier. Standing there, looking at this massive wall of ice, you won't be able to help but feel small in the best possible way. It’s humbling, beautiful, and just a little surreal.

Ketchikan is pure entertainment from start to finish, thanks to the Great Alaskan Lumberjack Show. You'll be cheering for log rolling or speed sawing, and shouting along with the crowd. The energy was contagious, the humor was quick, and it'll give you a totally different perspective on Alaskan culture.
