PLACES VISITED:Caribbean Sea, Costa Maya, Cozumel, Galveston, Mahogany Bay
SUGGESTED DURATION:8 Days
A well-planned cruise itinerary can make all the difference between feeling rushed and truly enjoying the journey. I focus on creating cruise itineraries that balance port days, sea days, and onboard experiences so travelers can explore without feeling overwhelmed. From choosing the right ports and excursions to understanding how sea days fit into the overall flow of the cruise, I help ensure each day feels intentional but flexible. Whether guests want active sightseeing, cultural experiences, or more time to relax onboard, the itinerary is designed to match their travel style. The goal is a cruise that feels organized, easy to follow, and enjoyable from embarkation to disembarkation-so travelers can focus on the experience, not the logistics.

Embarkations Day!
The vibe: Excited, organized, and ready for vacation mode. Embarkation day is always about settling in—getting familiar with the ship, unpacking, and starting the cruise off relaxed. Carnival Jubilee is BIG, so this is a great day to wander, grab a drink, and just soak it all in. Helpful tip: Don’t overplan this day. Let the vacation begin naturally.

Sea Day + Pasta Making Class
The vibe: Sea breeze + carbs = happiness. Our first sea day was a perfect intro to Jubilee life. The highlight? A Pasta Making Class-hands-on, fun, and surprisingly relaxing. There’s something about rolling fresh pasta on a cruise ship that just feels extra indulgent. Helpful tip: If you see a culinary class offered, grab it early. They tend to sell out and are a great sea day activity.

The vibe: Easy, breezy, and no schedule stress. In Cozumel, we kept it simple—walking around, shopping, and enjoying the port area. This is a great stop for souvenirs, local flavor, and just wandering at your own pace. Helpful tip: Cozumel is perfect for a low-key port day if you’ve been before or just want a relaxed experience.

The vibe: History with a side of adventure. This was a big highlight. We visited the Chacchoben Ruins, and it was absolutely worth it. The site is impressive, educational, and gives you a real sense of ancient Mayan culture. Helpful tip: Wear comfortable shoes and bring water—ruins excursions are fascinating but involve a fair amount of walking.

Mahogany Bay, Roatán – Island Tour, Rum & Chocolate
The vibe: Fun, flavorful, and unforgettable. This was hands-down one of our favorite days. We did an island tour that included stops at a rum factory and a chocolate factory, led by the best tour guide. Engaging, informative, and genuinely fun—this excursion checked all the boxes. Helpful tip: A great guide can make or break an excursion. Island tours are fantastic if you want variety without feeling rushed.
