This was our first cruise and Carolyn was incredibly helpful with our planning process! She really took the time to discuss our interests, preferences and budget and tailored our experience to match it perfectly. She also gave us helpful cruising hints and tips that aren’t commonly known that made our experience even more smooth. She was also involved and helpful from the booking process up until the boarding process and continued checking in beforehand to make sure we were ready to go!
