My Agent Shonmeka, made the difference. This Ship I’ve Cruised for the second time. It’s not the cruise it’s the experience. The food the entertainment, the Islands the people watching were amazing. The live entertainment gave me an opportunity to relive my glory days as a Jazz singer always! The wonderful international group of musicians from Brazil ingratiated me with the opportunity to share my vocal skills. It made me feel like, with little work, I might return to the stage!

Shonmeka was great to work with from the planning stages of my trip to my return home. She was attentive, provided me multiple choices for different budgets, updates concerning flights and even quoted a completely different location when Jamaica (my original destination) was affected by the Hurricane. I will recommend her to anyone I know that will be taking a trip.

When we arrived at the resort our check in was a breeze and the tickets were waiting. It was so nice to not have to worry/stress over getting the right type of tickets. Resort was great food super. Took trips on a river cruise, nature walk and zip
lining. Saw wild monkeys soothes American crocodiles many birds and beautiful plants great trip. All reservations and transportation was perfect.

She helped us plan our trip to Montego Bay, Jamaica at the Excellence Resort located in Falmouth Jamaica. She is very patient. Shonmeka gives multiple options. She helps you plan as much or as little as you want. Leading up to the trip she sends you reminders about the trip and she even keeps in touch during your trip. If you an issue or a question regarding the resort she helps you during the trip. If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary or any important event in your life she makes sure the resort does something special for you.
Her trip planning helps keep you organized with your itinerary information, airport/ hotel transportation and general area information. Shonmeka is my forever travel agent.

What a fun vacation

Family Cruisin’(Kid’s First Time Edition)

Meka is just the sweetest and easiest to work with from the very beginning and after . I’d previously worked with Meka when she helped me plan my first cruise, so it was only right that she help me for my kids first time cruising! Meka has experience from her own personal traveling so I had no issues with entrusting her to help me with mine! No matter if you experience personal hiccups(like I did), Meka is right there to help! Meka is amazing at what she does and even while she was on her own personal vacation she was willing to help! Meka is knowledgeable by traveling to gain her own first hand experiences so she can better assist her customers! If you have a question just ask and she either has the answer or will get the answer! My kids had an amazing first cruise experience even down to the placement on the ship was a great experience and we felt minimal motions from the ship.
