Sarah planned our Royal Caribbean Harmony cruise to Nassau and did a great job. She was readily available to call/text when we ran into weather and were going to possibly be reverted to Tampa on the trip to Orlando. When we would be able to get a flight out of Tampa in time to make it to the ship the next day was concerning. A text was sent to Sarah, and she had come up with a plan if that should happen. Luckily, it did not. The fact I could reach her at at an odd time of day and she responded was such a relief. The rest of the trip was uneventful, and we enjoyed every minute!

We had a wonderful cruise that Sarah helped us with to make it the best! She worked with my daughter directly but communicated to all of us with what was needed. She reminded us of time lines, etc. to make sure our planning was complete. I hope I get a chance to use her again!

We would do it all over again in a heartbeat! Everything was absolutely beautiful, clean, and fun! We absolutely adored the staff!

Sarah was so helpful as our family navigated booking our first big vacation. She helped us decide between a cruise vs. a resort and lended her expertise on the best options! Her kids are around our kids age so I knew she’d have a really great wealth of knowledge for our family. She offered help with every step along the way and was very prompt in answering questions that came up (I had a lot!). So glad we had her help throughout the whole process. She didn’t forget about us after our things were booked. She continued to check in with reminders, lists and, helpful tips. Will definitely use her again and would recommend to others!

She worked incredibly quickly to help us book a somewhat last-minute cruise and made the entire process completely stress-free, especially since we are inexperienced cruisers. She went above and beyond by helping arrange our shuttle from the port to the airport and giving us great recommendations for airport-to-hotel and hotel-to-port transportation that helped us save money. What really stood out was how attentive and supportive she was throughout the entire process, including planning, travel days, and the trip. She checked in with us during our travel day to make sure everything was going smoothly and she kept everyone in our group informed and in the loop as needed, which made coordinating everything easier. She is willing to go-with-the-flow while still helping us make educated decisions that allowed us to get the most out of our budget without feeling overwhelmed or pressured. She shared so many helpful tips and tricks for packing, navigating the cruise, and making the most out of our vacation. Her knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility, and attention to detail made us feel confident and prepared every step of the way. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. We will absolutely use her again for future vacations!
