We booked a vacation to Jamaica and only two weeks later, the hurricane hit. Sarah was in contact with us and assured us that she would help us in the next steps of rescheduling when she had info from Sandals. She helped us a lot and when the trip came, she was in contact with us during our trip!

Sarah was so easy to work with. We did a group trip. One of the things that stood out to me the most is how she followed the pricing and when there was an opportunity to save us money, she did! That’s top notch in my book!
In addition, when we arrived and our group was separated for dining despite us all being linked to each other, she made herself available as needed.
I would definitely use Sarah again and actually already working with her on our next adventure!

Sarah made a quality hotel reservation for me, at a perfect location in Milan. I was able to take the train from the airport, and see the hotel from the train station, upon arrival. I wanted a walking tour of Milan on the same day. She researched several choices, and booked the preferred tour for me. It was an excellent introduction to Historic Milan. On the next day, Sarah arranged for a day-long scenic experience on the Bernina Red Train into the Alps and Switzerland. I was able to enjoy this tour with my daughter, and her family before we joined a large group event in Turin.
Sarah was easy to work with, responded to my needs efficiently, and made my short stay in Milan a truly memorable one! Every aspect of the trip went smoothly, thanks to Sarah.

Family trip to Destin

Sarah was amazing from the very start. She sent me various places for us to stay and when we made our decision, she immediately booked it for us. We had an amazing time and loved the home-it was everything we wanted and more. When I asked Sarah about some excursions and a photographer, again she immediately sent me the information I needed. Sarah touched base with me throughout our planning and if I needed help, she was there to help me. I would definitely reach out to Sarah when we plan another vacation. She was wonderful!
