I was very pleased with the help we received from Beth when planning our family trip to Disney World. Beth really listened to what was important to us and what we could afford and did a wonderful job in finding ways to make our vacation more magical than we ever dreamed it could be. She was very helpful in deciding on best places to eat that was unique and fun, places that our boys would enjoy best when considering character meals, and considerations for when the best times to go were. She was helpful in finding ways to have the best experience possible and not mortgage the house to do so, LOL. She was always available to answer all our questions and provide assistance to get reservations for all the things we wanted to do. She gave us ideas to consider that we hadn’t thought of which enhanced our experience. She made sure all the details were handled so we didn’t have any last minute issues or problems. I will definitely have Beth plan our next trip wherever that might be. It makes it so much more relaxing and less stressful when Beth is there to handle everything on your behalf!!

BethAnn Englert worked incredibly hard on coordinating our first and fabulous European trip of a lifetime for two weeks! We traveled to Spain for a week and she made all of our hotel and travel accommodations and smooth transfers happen will little effort on our part. Additionally, she made all of our cruise arrangements on Royal Caribbean for an eight day Mediterranean cruise to Spain, France and Italy. Her efforts and attention to detail and ease of travel were sincerely appreciated! Unfortunately, when I became ill on the last two days of our cruise, she made “stand by” arrangements in case I was unable to leave Italy. It required that she worked late into the evening. She also set her alarm clock for the next morning to follow up on my medical condition, given the six hour time differential! BethAnn went way above and beyond to get us home in a timely manner and made our trip memorable! We were extremely grateful for her professionalism and excellent service and positive energy! She also booked our Caribbean cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line. Since our available time frame required that we travel during spring break, she took extra care to ensure we were on a cruise that was tailored to our preferences, tastes and priorities. We will continue to utilize our wonderful travel agent and have highly recommended her again and again!
