Shannon is terrific. She is very responsive to our needs, always works with us to find just the right fit for our vacations, and her dedication and help don't end with the final payment. She has kept in touch with us during our vacations, asking if there's anything she can do for us and we have taken her up on it. She's changed plans for us on a dime, made last minute reservations and helped us find answers that eluded us. We highly recommend Shannon. She is an excellent travel agent.

She found and booked lodging at Universal Studios that I didn't even have access to on the Internet; she made great suggestions; booked our tickets (even getting us an extra park day); and made reservations for all of our extra excursions. Just for fun I calculated what it would have cost me to book everything myself, and we paid less and received more by letting Shannon handle all of the arrangements. Saving money by doing it yourself is a myth, and I will continue to use Shannon to find and book our perfect family vacations.

Our Experience was great. Shannon was extremely helpful with anything we needed.

Planning theme park trips used to seriously stress me out. When I saw that Shannon would plan it all and that the parks paid her, I was so excited to try it. She has the knowledge to help us pick a great resort, knows how all the specials and meal plans work, and does all the reservations. The first time I used Shannon, we saved more than $300 from what I was going to book! Any time I hear a friend talk about how confusing and difficult it is to plan a theme park vacation, I give them Shannon's email.

For her high school graduation trip, our daughter couldn't decide between a cruise and seeing Disney at Christmas. With the help of Shannon, we were able to do BOTH in one trip! It was a wonderful trip with no hiccups. Since we had never been on a cruise, it was a bit overwhelming at first even thinking of planning this trip. Shannon's expertise and ability to ask the right questions to find out what fit our family the best are part of what made this a trip to remember. Shannon organized everything for us! I am not very good at all the technology and she helped me with everything. All the bookings were so smooth and even one change we asked to her cha ge at the last minute.

I traveled with my grandson to Disney World for a four day mini break. We had a wonderful trip, in part because Shannon went above and beyond
reserving our rooms and buying tickets. She scoured the website at the right times to get dining reservations at hard to get places and got our fast passes as soon as they became available.
