Sandy was extremely helpful in helping us plan our trip to Disney World. It was the first time for myself and my daughter and my daughter's birthday. Sandy made all of our reservations, picked wonderful restaurants, each one knew it was my daughter's birthday so she received special treats, reserved reservations in the castle for birthday dinner, provided us a schedule when all of the parades, fireworks etc were happening, sent trading lanyard and pins, and even got is better pricing on our trip when a sale came about after we originally discussed the trip. I would recommend her to anyone planning a trip.

I would highly recommend Sandy to plan your next Disney trip. Every piece of information she gave us and suggestion she made was perfect! From hotels to dining to activities the trip was seamless and an incredible family memory. She answered the phone every single time I called, no matter the time of day or night…or weekend! Her services are invaluable. Thank you Sandy!

Couldn't have asked for a better travel agent. She pretty much got us the restaurants and shows that we wanted, when we thought we didn't have a chance. Having three kids is a tough task when moving around Disney, however, Sandy made it incredibly easy to enjoy the entire vacation. We never had to worry about a thing. She also reminded us to call her at any time, in case we ran into difficulties. Safe to say we had none since she planned the trip! Wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Sandy planned a trip for me and my three grandchildren to Walt Disney World. She put together a package of hotel and activities appropriate for the ages of each grandchild, and she kept my own limitations in mind. The hotel accommodations were perfect for our needs. Everything Sandy suggested worked out perfectly. I never could have done this on my own.

Sandy helped us arrange our first Disney cruise. She made everything from start to finish so easy. We had a blast and would definitely use her services again!

Sandy was great helping us with our Disney cruise. She took all the stress out of making this vacation perfect

this is the first time we have ever used a travel agent. didn't know what to expect. but Sandy Nussbaum has been helpful and very patient with us!

Sandy helped our group, which consisted of two families and a total of 6 people, arrange a wonderful 4-day cruise on the Disney Dream. She helped us with a number of needs during the planning phase and did a great job helping to secure our various excursions at stops along the way, such as at Atlantis. She also helped us coordinate stays at WDW before and after our cruise and handled all the logistics beautifully! If you are planning a Disney theme park trip or a Disney cruise, CALL SANDY! She knows the Disney system extremely well is highly responsive. You will be in great hands!

Sandy has been extremely helpful to me each time I have traveled. She is EXTREMELY familiar with all of the latest and greatest especially when it comes to the details of hotels, parks, and specialty tours. I have a service animal and she sets that all up for me as well including getting me late checkout when needed due to my animal.

Sandy is, simply put, the best there is. She is kind, knowledgable, efficient & helpful. Our family, extended family & friends have trusted Sandy on many occasions & she always delivers. Sandy offers personalized service; available anytime to answer any & all questions. Her organizational skills cease to amaze me. Sandy goes above and beyond. She has assisted with every detail of our travel....from upgrading on the fly to making sure our hotel would have a certain juice my daughter needed to take with a medication. Sandy has assisted us with cruises, Disney trips, air travel, rental cars, etc. She has even helped us ship to shore. No detail is spared and thanks to her dedication, our vacations are flawless again and again!

She knows everything there is to know about Disney and was very helpful in planning the trip

I was completely unaware of the service that Sandy provided for me and my family until a friend of my daughter's told her about this wonderful agent who had helped her family with a trip to Disney. All I wanted for my 70th birthday celebration in 2013 was to be able to treat my two children, their spouses, and my 6 grandchildren to a trip to DisneyWorld in Orlando, and it was becoming a bit overwhelming because I was doing ALL the arranging myself with little to no help from anyone. My daughter seeing my distress started inquiring around and one of her friends recommended Sandy to me to take the stress out of this magical trip, and that is exactly what she did.....from making suggestions and reservations for hotel, which parks to visit in our limited time, breakfasts and dinners, activities, itinerary, park passes, Magic Bands, birthdays, etc to you name it, and she arranged it! Sandy left no rock unturned! We were so blessed to have her as our guide, and she even offered her at-home services during the trip if we needed it. She came to my daughter's home on two different occasions to help with the planning, and in doing so, we all were able to have input in this memorable birthday celebration, including the children. Her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to details was beyond our expectations. I could never have planned this on my own, and I am forever grateful. My grandchildren are still talking about it, and can't wait to go back. If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5 I would do so. She really made it a stressLESS vacation!! I have recommended her services to many friends! I will never use anyone else for my traveling! Thank you, Sandy for the magical memory!

Sandy did everything we asked of her and a lot more. I was referred to her from a friend and I have to say it was one of the best referrals I have gotten from them. She got us all the upgrades one could ask for and suggested other the Disney Aulani vacation she set us up with was worth every penny thanks to Sandy.

Our family sailed smoothly through Disney on our 1st Disney vacation with a 2 and 4 year old. I will always remember and cherish this vacation, as a top memory as a mother.

Sandy made our Disney cruise magical right down to the transportation from Orlando to the cruise ship. She goes out of her way to ensure a smooth vacation experience. I would gladly recommend Sandy Nussbaum as a travel agent. We have actually re-booked another cruise with her next year.

Sandy made planning easy. I recommend many people to her. She is very knowledgeable and makes everyone feel confident about their plans

I was very happy with the cruise planning I received from Andy, from reserving a concierge stateroom to obtaining reservations at Palo and Remy for us. I will definitely use this agency again

No matter when I emailed or called Sandy, she was available and responsive. I even emailed her late at night with several requests and changes and there was an email addressing all my requests waiting for me when I got up in the morning. Sandy's travel knowledge prepared us for the trip, so we had to do was relax and have a great time.

Sandy planned our Disney trip for my entire family, 14 of us. It was a dream of ours to take the family to Disney. She did a Fantastic job. We did not have one glitch the entire week and when we contacted her from Disney to make a last minute change, she handled it perfectly. I would recommend her to anyone, you are lucky to have her expertise. Good luck Sandy.

Sandy was amazing on every level! From the initial planning stage through booking and even while we were on vacation! My daughters wanted to have dinner at Belles castle and because I am a last minute planner it was booked solid. Sandy continued to check for cancellations and while we were in Walt Disney World I received a text from her and she got us the reservation. My daughters were thrilled. I have used Sandy to book multiple trips for my family and her knowledge, professionalism, detail to attention is beyond expectations!
