Stephanie of My Favorite Travel Agent was absolutely fantastic to work with while planning our last minute trip to Hawaii! With only a month’s notice, she speedily provided us with options that accommodated both us and our young children. She paid close attention to detail, provided thorough and informative videos during the planning process that addressed our questions, and helped us choose the perfect properties on both Big Island and Kauai. She was clearly an expert on travel to Hawaii, as she was familiar with all of the activities and excursions we were interested in and with the geography of both islands. She went above and beyond when we experienced the tsunami warning while in Kauai, during which we had to evacuate. She stayed in communication with us the entire night of the warning, providing us with locations to refuel our vehicle, recommendations for provisions to acquire, and places at higher elevations where we could evacuate to should the need arise. She also steered us in the right direction when our son developed an ear infection. Her expertise and assistance were invaluable to us, and we were so grateful to have planned our trip with her! Highly recommend!

Stephanie at MFTA is hands down the best, most thorough, and informative travel agent you will find. Very experienced and educated in her field. She is also super responsive! I don't think she sleeps!! She goes above and beyond to find you as close to exactly what you are looking for within your budget. The app leaves no questions unanswered during your trip. Stephanie is genuinely talented at making travel connections a breeze. From our initial request for last minute tickets (we always seem to do this to her!) to the end of the trip, she is working hard. Her knowledge of different transit options (she seems to know exactly who to hire anywhere we go!) and making those happen seamlessly while we are on our trip is like nothing we have ever experienced! The app that she sets up with each day laid out (travel companies, hotels, resorts, walking directions to the kiosks in airports, etc) is so helpful; seriously love the links to each document/receipt for each excursion or connection. It keeps everything in one place and takes a lot of stress. Stephanie also does this wonderful thing after you enlist her help; multiple follow up emails will be received as your trip approaches, with helpful reminders (and links!) that are relevant to wherever you are traveling, such as currency exchange expectations and where to go, electronic plug differences

Stephanie had everything set for a wonderful trip. Down to the Drivers waiting there with our last name. She also had a wheelchair available at every leg of the trip, which was such a relief. Hubby does not have the stamina to wait through security and customs, as he has COPD and a heart attack last year. So, we were all set thanks to Stephanie.
