As a farm girl, growing up in Tennessee, our family never traveled very much away from home. All my life, I had dreamed of one day, going out west to see the Grand Canyon. Truly, this trip was a blessing from God for me. The beauty of the majestic mountains, the valley’s and countless views, filled my heart with such joy and thanksgiving to God! Oh the beauty of His creation!!! I will always remember the first breathtaking view of seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time with my husband, Paul! Oh the “ Goodness of God!” I would personally like to thank our wonderful travel agent and friend, Sheryl Dean! She planned this entire trip for us. She sent countless Emails, text messages, and called us to make sure we understood everything and every single detail of our trip. She and her husband also met us for dinner before our trip and shared their experiences of traveling out west and going to the Grand Canyon. She made sure that our lodging was lovely and just right.. Where we stayed was amazing and met all of our needs. I highly recommend Sheryl to plan your vacation or trip of a lifetime for you!! This trip was truly a blessing from God for me! All my life, I have wanted to travel out west and go see the Grand Canyon. The beauty of the majestic mountains and valleys revealed the glorious creation of the Lord! Oh the great “ Goodness of God!” ??????

The travel accommodations were seamless, including flights. The transportation from the airport to the resort and back was smooth and timely. The resort, Riu Palace Kukulkan, was very clean, comfortable, and supplied all our needs. We did not go during peak season, but still had a great time. The gulf water was clear, even though seaweed was present at times due to the time of year. The beach was very nice as were the pools. The resort was not crowded at this time of year. The resort staff were helpful and polite. The restaurants provided good dining experiences. Sheryl kept us informed and helped with all necessary paperwork for the international travel. She selected great options for us to choose from given our timing and cost parameters. The resort was even better than anticipated. We would not hesitate utilize Sheryl's services again or to return to this resort!

Sheryl did a wonderful job and planning and organizing our retirement trip. She was careful to give us all the details on the itinerary. She followed up during the week to make sure everything was going well. Her planning and help made our trip so easy, enjoyable, and enjoyable.

Sheryl started creating our trip a month before we were to take it having very little time to plan it for our anniversary for me to surprise my husband. She handled everything beautifully from getting us to our destination as early as possible, and getting us home as late as possible so that we could have the most time visiting Colorado as we could. The hotels she picked were fabulous. Our rental vehicle was perfect for driving on Mountain roads. I personally can’t say enough good about her and the way she treated us. She checked in on us just to make sure we were getting everything we were supposed to and having the fun she wanted us to have. So grateful I knew her and was able to utilize her skills to help me plan this trip and surprise my husband who is still talking about it today. You can’t go wrong with Sheryl Dean.

This was the first time I've worked with a travel agent for my personal travel and I am so glad I did!! Sheryl was not only easy to work with, she treated my trip as if it were her own. She communicated so well, booked excellent hotels, got us a great whale watching tour THEN in the midst of the trip stayed in touch and worked hard to book and cancel and exchange hotel arrangements as I kind of changed the itinerary a bit.

Sheryl Dean provided the perfect vacation for my husband and me. She wanted to know what our interests were so she could find the right experiences for us.
