Jackie was an amazing person to work with. From the time I first met her, until the last day of our trip, we felt that she was there for us in planning, and any accommodations we needed. She was very responsive by email, phone, and text. We even had a list minute change/request for one of our outings and she immediately responded and got it adjusted for us. Highly recommend!

Jackie coordinated everything for our dream trip to Hawai'i. She empowered us as new travelers with all our options and gave us an overview of trip expectations within our budget. She coordinated amazing experiences like a pearl harbor tour, a snorkel dolphin cruise, and a luau. All we had to do was dream, make simple choices about what we wanted to do on our trip and where to stay, and pack our bags. What a breeze!

I want to sincerely thank Jackie Awes for helping me, my mom, sister, and brother have an amazing trip in Paris and Amsterdam! I usually travel with my husband who manages all the details of our travel, but this time we turned over all the details to Jackie to investigate, recommend, and arrange. She listened to what we needed and wanted, and presented multiple options that incorporated all of our wish list and more! Through many conversations, she tweaked the list, perfected the schedule to give us a great itinerary, and worked with her partners in Europe to secure and confirm all the arrangements! We then had live Europe-based support in the event of any additional needs. Additionally, Jackie made sure that all our plans were coordinated with flights and hotel accommodations, and she booked inter-Europe train travel for us. She is available to do all travel arrangements -- travel, hotel, and excursions -- or work with existing plans.
