Liz is AMAZING!!! We have booked a few trips with her now and she never disappoints. Before booking we let her know what we liked from our last trip and what we wanted different and she found us exactly that!! Even with the time difference, when we woke up, if there were any changes to any of our itinerary she let us know asap. Also gave us reminders throughout and when we decided last minute we wanted to book an extra excursion she found us exactly what we wanted.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Liz to plan our trip to Punta Cana. From the very beginning, everything was handled with care and attention to detail, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. The trip itself was absolutely fantastic, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. It was such a relief knowing that the details were taken care of, including restaurants booking , allowing us to simply relax, enjoy each other’s company, and make some great memories. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and personal touch that went into planning our getaway. We would happily recommend Liz to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making a trip special. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again for our next adventure!

Liz was fantastic to work with. From the help with finding the right vacation, to all of the little details.. Liz took care of it all. I would definitely recommend Liz, and will be using her services again in the future! Thanks again, Liz!

We have used Liz before to help us book a family vacation and have always been pleased with her level of commitment to make sure we are happy and getting the best quality for our budget! This was our first adults trip and we sent her our preferences of having a modern resort with excellent food options and a beautiful beach! Upon searching with her and ourselves we found Grand Sirenis Riveria Maya and she agreed that it would suit our needs perfectly! Booking was easy, and she was able to apply our Westjet rewards and set up a payment plan! She always sent reminder emails about upcoming payments! Once we got close, she sent us all our documents and answered any questions we had quickly, even when she was on her own vacation! Upon arrival, we were happily surprised to see what she was able to request and have them give us a room close to amenities and with a welcome bottle of champagne and strawberries, making the start to our vacation seem very special! She touched base to make sure everything was to our satisfaction throughout our vacation and checked in on our last day with flight info! We trust Liz to help us choose the right place, and that if we needed her for anything major before, during or on the way home, she would be able to take care of it for us! We would and have recommended her to our friends and family!

This is the second time we’ve booked through Liz and can’t think of booking another vacation without her! She’s amazing and attentive, we’ve had a few issues with the resorts and she was always very helpful in getting our matters sorted out. Travelling with a toddler can be stressful and she made it easy and relaxing!
