Planning this trip with my sisters was such a fun experience, and we couldn’t have done it without Shannon’s help! We were mainly going to Orlando to visit the Harry Potter worlds and check out the new Epic Universe park, and Shannon made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She provided us with several hotel options at different price points and distances from the parks, which really helped us find something that fit our needs and budget perfectly. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. Thanks to her, everything was smooth and well-organized, and we were able to just enjoy our trip. Going to Universal Studios in Orlando has been a dream of mine for many years. There is so much information out there and it is difficult to sort through what is useful and what is not. Shannon helped guide me through the process with ease. She found and booked an amazing hotel on Universal property for us. Additionally, I am have Celiac disease and finding a gluten free dining is often a struggle. Shannon provide massive list of different places within CityWalk and every different area of all the Universal Parks with gluten free options. This was truly a life saver. I would have never found such wonderful food options so quickly and efficiently without her assistance. The list of ways that Shannon helped make this dream vacation into a reality seem endless.
