Shannon went above and beyond, helping us plan the ultimate Ireland trip. We had never heard of Kensington Tours, and Shannon recommended them and helped us work with them. They were definitely the crem de la crem of vacation tours. Shannon knew exactly what we were looking for and worked with us every step of the way, and she has been amazing to work with.

Shannon helped my partner and me travel to Italy for the first time using Kensington Tours! She made traveling to Europe insanely easy. She was extremely knowledgable and we will definitely be working with her again.

We were over due for a family vacation and Shannon helped us every step of the way. We had a dream that we poorly explained and she turned it into the best trip we have had!! Everything was explained well and she was always on top of it when we had questions or request. I can’t wait to book the next trip!

Shannon was wonderful to work with. She really stayed within our budget and made the trip wonderful for my family

Shannon strongly suggested the Moon Palace resort; arranged for our extras, like swimming w/dolphins one day, stingrays and sharks the next day, a catamaran cruise, Dunn's River Falls climb, snorkeling and tubing. She was able to land us Club Mobay for both arrival and departure, when we had been told by another agent it was completely booked and impossible to obtain. She is so thoughtful and thorough, and truly cares. Highly recommend using Shannon to book your trips!

Jamaica is where it’s at! Best trip of my life and Shannon is the main reason behind it. From Club Mobay to excursions like the catamaran cruise, Dunn’s River Falls and snorkeling, and everything else, her recommendation of Palace was everything we needed to have a perfect time in Ocho Rios!

Shannon thought of everything and explained everything perfectly to make my first experience with a cruise not intimidating and easy to navigate. She is the best!

Shannon took care of everything from beginning to end. Met with us several times and answered millions of questions. She helped us choose the cruise and the cruise line. If she wasn’t sure she found answers to anything we wanted to know. She goes the extra mile to make sure no details were missed, and everything was very organized. We definitely will continue to use her services and have already recommended her to other people. Viking bends over backwards to make every aspect of the cruise experience excellent. I can’t say enough about the captain, crew, excursion guides, cruise ship and destinations where we docked. The food was phenomenal! We hated for the trip to end! Before we debarked we booked our next cruise through Shannon and Viking.

The room was very nice and everything exceeded expectations. I had an amazing time and really enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely come back again. 10/10.

Planning this trip with my sisters was such a fun experience, and we couldn’t have done it without Shannon’s help! We were mainly going to Orlando to visit the Harry Potter worlds and check out the new Epic Universe park, and Shannon made the whole process so easy and stress-free. She provided us with several hotel options at different price points and distances from the parks, which really helped us find something that fit our needs and budget perfectly. She was always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. Thanks to her, everything was smooth and well-organized, and we were able to just enjoy our trip. I would absolutely recommend Shannon to anyone planning a Universal trip!

We went to our youngest daughter's wedding in Canada and Shannon booked us an affordable room at a nice hotel near the venue. She also recommended some great nearby places to visit while on our trip.

Going to Universal Studios in Orlando has been a dream of mine for many years. There is so much information out there and it is difficult to sort through what is useful and what is not. Shannon helped guide me through the process with ease. She found and booked an amazing hotel on Universal property for us. Additionally, I am have Celiac disease and finding a gluten free dining is often a struggle. Shannon provide massive list of different places within CityWalk and every different area of all the Universal Parks with gluten free options. This was truly a life saver. I would have never found such wonderful food options so quickly and efficiently without her assistance. The list of ways that Shannon helped make this dream vacation into a reality seem endless.
