It was great working with Tim to plan our Hawaiian vacation. We never used a travel agent before, but decided to see what an agent could provide. Tim went back and forth with us several times, adjusting the trip until it was exactly what we wanted. He suggested a few things for us to do that we didn’t think of. From now on we’re calling Tim to help us plan every trip we take.

Caribbean Cruise Expert

When it comes to booking a cruise I can't recommend Tim enough! He made planning my Caribbean cruise completely stress-free and exciting. Tim asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and then he delivered the perfect cabin with a balcony great excursions at each port. And he made recommendations that made a wonderful trip even better, like booking a sunset catamaran tour that was unforgettable! The cruise itself was absolutely incredible, the Caribbean always is, but it was my first time on a Viking cruise, and it was another great tip from Tim. It’s clear he genuinely loves travel and going above and beyond for his clients. This was one of the best vacations of my life, and a big part of that is due to Tim’s caring and customer service.

Great Trip on Our Budget

My wife and I are retirees with a very comfortable retirement plan. Rather than take one or two grand vacations a year, we take many cost-effective trips throughout the year. I reached out to Tim to find us a cruise to Mexico on a very conservative budget, but I also wanted all the cruise perks. Most important, I wanted a nice room. Tim got back to me in half a day with a wonderful Mexico cruise that included a room with a balcony, and he came in under budget! I highly recommend Tim to find you the vacation you want!

The Southern Swing!! - Amazing Trip

Last summer I worked with Tim for an unforgettable Southern Swing trip through South Carolina and Georgia. Tim tailored our trip for our budget and dreams. We were two families, nine people, and he found great hotels met the needs of our kids, our plans and our budget. We started in Charleston, and Tim suggested a walking tour and driving tour that absolutely made the trip!!! The next stop was the beach in Hilton Head. We didn’t think we could afford that stop, but Tim found us a great hotel on the beach where we stayed for three nights!! We ended in Savannah at an amazing hotel at a great price. Dinner and drinks at the rooftop lounge were the highlight of the trip!!! Tim absolutely delivered what we wanted!!

Fantastic Caribbean Cruise

My husband and I just took our first cruise and it was unbelievable! For years we had the wrong idea of cruises thinking we’d be stuck on a boat all the time. Our travel agent Tim changed our thinking, and he was so right!! We sailed the Caribbean and amazing tropical beach stops almost every day. We also had not idea there was such a difference between cruise lines, and Tim found the perfect cruise line for us - Oceania. The dining was absolutely amazing and we never felt crowded. A couple times we felt we had the boat to ourselves! Our view of cruises is completely changed, and we’re going to sail again next year! We will definitely use Tim to book that trip!

Great Trip to Italy

We recently returned from a great trip to Italy. It was planned to perfection, thanks to our travel agent Tim. His attention to detail and commitment to top-tier service was exceptional, and it started with our first conversation. What we appreciated most was his knowledge of VIP experiences we wouldn’t have discovered on our own. Our favorite was the cheese factory tour in Tuscany that included wine pairing. We had a minor issue with the train and Tim resolved it instantly with professionalism and care. We highly recommend Tim as a travel guide and agent.

Amazing Vacation!!

Tim is an outstanding travel agent! My husband and I wanted a tropical beach getaway for a week, but wanted something different. Tim listened to what we wanted and pointed out the Cook Islands, and we couldn’t have been happier!! We stayed in a beach bungalow, steps from crystal clear, turquoise water, something we never, ever could have afforded in Hawaii. The service was amazing and the food was out of this world; the two things highest on our priority list. Tim took what we wanted to heart, and found the perfect match, in a place I never would have thought to go. We now plan to bring our kids back there one day!! Oh yeah, the Pacific Resort Rarotonga is a place I highly recommend staying!!

Tim is a very kind and caring travel agent who was very helpful in booking my travel to Copenhagen and Sweden. I am 86-years old and am hearing impaired, which requires my telephone service to type in everything being said so I can read it. Trying to listen and have words appear on a screen in a delay is confusing, and then trying to take notes at the same time…it was very hard. Tim repeated everything slowly for me, and he spent hours on the phone with me and travel agents. I imagine this would normally take a few minutes, but it took us several hours on two phone calls to arrange my flight and special accommodations. Tim was so polite and professional, and he made sure that every need I had was met. I cannot thank him enough!

Epic Trip to Provence France!!!

Tim is a wonderful travel agent who created an amazing trip for my husband and me to Provence, France! What made this incredibly special was that before talking with Tim, we never heard much of Provence. Tim listened carefully to what we wanted, less crowds, more authenticity, but still once in a lifetime locations. He talked us through Provence, sent us pictures of some of the areas, then helped us plan everything! He found our lodging, booked flights and trains, and even got us a 1-day rental car on a day of our choosing during the trip! This was the trip of our lifetime, and Tim was so incredibly helpful I’m going to refer him to all my friends and family!!

Puerto Vallarta Excellence

My wife and I wanted a beach in Mexico different than the area we always visit. We wanted something more authentic. Tim recommended Puerto Vallara, and it was exactly what we wanted. PV has all the old world charm we wanted, cobble stone roads, authentic food, etc. It also has modern amenities. Tim found us the most amazing suite in Casa Kimberly, a small hotel with only eight rooms! Service was impeccable and the room was amazing!! We felt transported back in time! There are literally hundreds of places to chose from, Tim listened to what we wanted and found the perfect match! We never would have found Casa Kimberly on our own. Thank you Tim!!

Beautiful Belize Snorkeling!

My wife and I just had a wonderful week in Belize, which we never would have found without Tim! We contacted Tim not sure exactly where we wanted to go. We only knew we wanted beautiful beach and clear water. We originally thought we wanted Costa Rica. Tim drilled down and found we really wanted tranquil blue water. Tim steered us toward the Cancun and Grand Caymen. Then he found out we really enjoy reef snorkeling…and that’s what landed us in Belize, with the massive Mesoamerican Reef. The unfortunate occurred and we needed to postpone our trip. Then postpone again! Tim was so patient and professional, and he planned the perfect trip on our timeline! I highly recommend using Tim!!

Perfect Ski Trip

Tim planned a perfect get away ski trip to Lake Tahoe. Everything was arranged perfectly, from the driver hauling our gear at the airport to our arrival at our walk to the lift suite. Tim arranged all lift tickets and made dinner reservations, everything was waiting for us on arrival. It was a quick four day trip, but with everything clicking perfectly we were able to completely relax and enjoy. We’re going to use Tim again next year for sure.
