Sean at Nautical Mile was fantastic to work with in all aspects. From beginning to end, he was professional and truly acted as a representative for us. We had issues with both our airline and our cruise company. Although it was not his responsibility in any way, Sean stepped up to help in so many ways. Working with Sean on my last trip was fantastic. He took care of every detail in travel and my stay. Having never been to this destination, Sean nailed the vibe I was going for. Boutique hotel with high end amenities, a fun and walkable part of town, and great communication before and during the trip! For the first time in awhile I was able to sit back and actually enjoy my time away.
