I’m a former high school English teacher and soccer coach who turned her love of organization and travel into a career planning personalized, seamless vacations for others.
My job is to be a destination expert on the locations I sell and plan so you'll always have the most current information and recommendations. I visit Walt Disney World multiple times a year, attend supplier trainings regularly (both online and in-person), visit resorts, participate in travel advisor online communities, and travel as much as possible.
When I’m not working or traveling, you can find me at a soccer field coaching or cheering for my kids, grabbing coffee with friends, watching movies with my husband, listening to podcasts, and hanging out with my family around DFW.
I began my journey as a professional travel advisor in January of 2018, and while Walt Disney World will always be my favorite destination to plan and visit, I absolutely love exploring new cities, relaxing on the beach at an all-inclusive resort, and sailing on a fun cruise ship.

The best weekend at such a calm resort!

We had an amazing long weekend celebrating our coworker’s upcoming retirement! We are SO grateful for Heather’s expertise, because we originally thought of staying at one of the bigger skyliner resorts. BUT, Heather was able to find us the perfect fit in the Port Orleans French Quarter! She knew our party would appreciate a smaller walking distance after long days in the park, and the resort atmosphere was so chill and relaxed. We also loved her suggestions of taking the boat ride to Disney Springs (something none of us had done before!) and the refurbished rooms were perfect for our small group of adults. Heather was never more than a text away— always quickly answering any questions we had throughout our trip! We all left so thankful for the fun memories we made getting celebrate at both Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom. We already can’t wait to plan another adults only girls trip in the future!

You can NEVER EVER go wrong working with Heather! This was our first time doing a tropical getaway through her and she made it so so easy for us. Her expert knowledge about all the resort options throughout the Caribbean helped us find the best fit for our anniversary trip. She found us the perfect destination in St. Lucia that had the jungle/mountain scenery we desired, all the included water sports and TONS of restaurant options she knew we’d love! Heather is wonderful! She did anything and everything we wanted/requested. That list included a few of these things: changing our whole resort location and country, flight changes and times, a complete travel date change and that is just to name a few things. All of those issues were on us as we had a passport wait time that exceeded our preferable date.
She went above and beyond and sent us all of the travel documents, itineraries, dates, times, and Covid-travel/restriction forms.
Heather even sent us best wishes before our trip and a welcome back email!
We 100% will use her again for trips. I've already referred her to my parents for a possible trip. Our friends used her as well.
