Erin helped us plan our family trip to Jamaica and was such a huge resource! She did everything from booking our resort to calling to make sure our room was located exactly where we wanted it. When we ran into some issues at the hotel, Erin went above and beyond to figure out a resolution. She was friendly, helpful, and communicative the whole time. Our family had an amazing time!
