Hi, I'm Jamie an Ottawa-based travel agent, mom of two teens, and someone who has been planning trips the way most people plan meals: constantly, enthusiastically, and with strong opinions about what actually works.

I hold a Diploma in Travel and Tourism and my TICO certification, and I work as part of the Wind, Waves & Wands team to help families, couples, and solo travelers plan trips across the full range - theme parks, beach resorts, cruises, all-inclusives, and beyond. My specialty is family travel, but family travel looks different for everyone, and that is exactly the point.

I have traveled with my own kids from the stroller years through the teen phase, across every category of accommodation from value resorts to luxury properties. I know what each level actually delivers and how to match the right trip to your budget, your travel style, and the people coming with you.

Theme parks are a genuine passion of mine - Disney and Universal in particular. I know the strategy, the planning layers, the details that look small but make a real difference in how your trip feels. That knowledge does not disappear just because your next trip is a week in Mexico or a Caribbean cruise. It means I bring the same level of care and attention to every booking, whatever the destination.

Beyond parks, I specialize in Mexico all-inclusives, Caribbean resorts, Florida, group tours and cruising with training completed through Royal Caribbean, Princess Cruises, and Disney Cruise Line, plus destination certifications for Jamaica, Australia, and more.

What I bring to every trip is the perspective of someone who has actually done this as a traveler. I know the difference between what looks good in a brochure and what holds up in real life, with real kids, real budgets, and real energy levels.
