I Had No Idea How Much I Didn't Know

I thought booking a Disney Cruise was just... booking a cruise. Blair completely changed that. She sent us detailed emails ahead of time walking us through everything — what to expect, what to do before we sailed, and things we never would have figured out on our own. Because of her we knew exactly when the activity sign-up window opened and we were ready to grab everything we wanted before it sold out. She also introduced us to the Fish Extender exchange and our kids were absolutely over the moon every single day finding little surprises at our door. There were so many magical moments on that cruise that only happened because Blair told us they were possible. I genuinely cannot imagine how different our experience would have been without her guidance. We are already booked for next year! So excited!

How to even describe Blair. Although I didn't have much contact with her(because I don't have much time to reply)she kept me informed throughout this ENTIRE PROCESS!
