Matt was so helpful in pulling together all of the components to our trip to Spain. He found great deals on airfare and hotels and provided information about passports, things to do in the area and helped me to investigate some tour options.

Great travel assistance

Matthew assisted us in the planning and execution of a New England fall foliage trip this past September and early October 2017. We also extended our trip to include New York City. Matthew’s advice and planning was flawless, including being able to contact him during our trip if we had additional questions or concerns. He had all our documentation and intenary at his disposal and was able to assist us 24/7 if needed. In addition he contactsed every hotel on our behalf and in several cases was able to get us complimentary upgrades at no extra cost. For one hotel we even got a two room suite, with an inroom jacuzzi!!! Wow, what a special perk and it was because of Matthew’s hard work and attention to us as his clients. There is no need to search a dozen websites and spend hours on my own when a simple call to Matthew has done it for us. This was our fifth trip, including to Europe that we booked with Matthew’s help and he is now our go to travel consultant. Thanks Matt!!!

Spur of the Moment Trip

Matthew was referred to us by someone our cousin knew. Everything was last minute since we booked a flight to Japan not knowing what to do, where to stay and how to get around. Since it was so spur of the minute, Matthew was working on our itinerary, transfers, tours etc. while we were already in Asia (Philippines] . We communicated via messenger mostly and we got all our travel plans and documents from him 2-3 days prior to our flight to Japan.....From the moment we arrived in Tokyo (Narita Airport) which was an hour and a half away from the hotel, to the tours, bullet train rides, the short cruises, lunches, sightseeing at Mt. Fuji, shrines and temples, and accommodations in both Tokyo and Kyoto, and then back to Tokyo again, to the very last transport to Narita Airport.....It was 7 days of smooth sailing. We also got email tips from Matt via email which gave us some background of Japan. I will definitely not hesitate in recommending Matthew to anyone.He was GREAT ?? ????

The best travel agent I've used

Matt has planned dozens of trips for us over the last few years and provides superior customer service. His advice is always right on the money and he takes the time to understand us and our preferences when we travel. This makes our trips seamless. A few times we've needed unexpected help rebooking after a medical emergency or weather--his agency was quick to respond and really jumped on it and made it happen. Plus he has great ideas!. The benefits of using a travel agent are many but the benefits of engaging Matt are many more than that. Christmas at the Ritz in London is only one of the trips he's planned for us. Also Hawaii, Manhattan, Washington State, Big Sur, and so many others-- we have Australia/NZ coming up as well as Istanbul, Venice, Croatia. and others.We can't imagine traveling without his arranging it.

Europe Done Right!

Having Matt plan our trip to London, Paris and Rome was the best choice we made. He listened to all my feedback and mad all necessary changes to the itinerary to really fit our needs. He even sent us some yummy macaroons while in Paris which was such a delightful treat. The best part about the trip was having each day planned to visit all the best places in each city which included private tours. The private tours really made the trip and was something we would have never thought to book ourselves. Our trip would not have been what it was without him. Flawless vacation experience!

Matt was so very helpful when it came to booking our Princess Cruise. I had a number of questions for Matt regarding passport requirements along with excursions and how I should convert my US dollars to Pesos and he had an answer for everything. He even met with me a few days before I left to give me a gift package that included some items that I could use in my trip as well as checklist to make sure that I packed an brought everything that was required to board the ship.
Matt was so knowledgeable and made me very comfortable about my trip which was great. He also answered all of my calls and responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and always checked up with me to see if there was anything that I needed or if I had any questions that I needed answered.
All in all, Matt made my whole vacation experience very smooth and will most certainly use him again when I plan my next trip. Thanks again for all of your help and guidance Matt!

Flawless trip

Matt helped me with a short notice trip to visit family members in Seattle. He reminded me to do the little things that can make a big difference, like informing the credit card company you'll be traveling so there are no issues with your charges. Matt was very informative, quick to respond, and patient with all of our questions. The details of searching for the best flight deals, emergency medical insurance, cancellation insurance and booking confirmations on hotel stays, were all taken care of by Matt. We received information for the Japan tour cost, deposits and deadlines, and highlights of the tour. We were also offered a discount for early booking. Since we had Military ID's we were able to receive the TSA pre-check status by disclosing our known traveler number. Thanks Matt! Now we will use it for all our future trips! Another added touch was receiving tips for first timers to Japan, a suggested packing list, and commonly used words and phrases, which ended up being very useful.
As far as the 9-day Japan tour, my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. I'm sure if there were any issues, Matt was there to take care of it because we didn't have any worries. A real vacation! Matt, let's book our next adventure

First Riverboat Trip and highly recommend it!

Universal Studios Hollywood - Family Trip

Matt was able to help me find a family friend hotel that was within my budget for my trip to Universal Studio Hollywood. The hotel was 15 - 20 minutes away from the park, which was fine for my family. But as a huge bonus, the hotel was only minutes away from a major strip mall which had a lot of restaurants and a Target! Traveling with a 2 year old, this helped with our meal needs as well as allowed us to buy any forgotten necessities.

Matt created the perfect Machu Picchu tour for us. We went with a 1 year old toddler, and he made sure all our rooms had cribs and that we were well taken care of. Everything in our tour went smoothly and we couldn't be happier!

I especially appreciate your patience while booking our trip. New Years Eve made perfect

Matt was very gracious to help plan our first trip to Disneyland with our toddler. i got more of everything from Matt than I would have on my own. While the rate was slightly better, the perks at our hotel and care package for my 3 year old made all the difference in the world. We had a corner room overlooking the lagoon at CA Adventure to catch the shows and fireworks from our room. The details make all the difference and Matt takes care of all the details.
