My career has taken me around the world, where I opened customer experience centers and led global operations for a major electronics company. Over the past 15 years, I have traveled to Europe multiple times each year and lived in Belgium for over a year, fully immersed in the culture.

I have explored the Caribbean, Mexico, Asia, Australia, and 49 of the 50 U.S. states. That firsthand experience allows me to guide you with real insight, not just information. I understand how destinations feel, not just how they look on paper.

Before focusing on travel full-time, I spent over 20 years as an award-winning global executive in customer experience, technical operations, and business leadership. I led teams of more than 350 professionals worldwide and managed large-scale projects that required precision, structure, and execution.

Earlier in my career, I spent 15 years in live entertainment production, where timing, coordination, and attention to detail are everything. That background carries through in how I plan travel. Nothing is left to chance.

In a more unexpected role, I am also a certified balloon pilot and inflation team captain for the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Guiding those iconic balloons through New York City each year is a reminder that great experiences are built through preparation, teamwork, and passion. That same mindset is applied to every trip I design.
