With over 20 years of award-winning leadership in customer care, support, and operations, I’ve found my true calling: creating unforgettable travel experiences that spark joy and build lasting memories.

Travel has always been personal for me. From impromptu weekend getaways to those life-changing journeys that linger in your heart forever, I’m passionate about crafting adventures as unique as the people who embark on them.

My goal is simple yet profound: to make every moment of your travels exceptional, stress-free, and brimming with wonder.

My career has taken me across the globe, opening customer experience centers and support offices for an electronics manufacturer. Along the way, I fell in love with the thrill of exploration and the connections that travel creates. I have travelled to Europe at least three times a year for the past 15 years, soaking in its charm. I enjoyed the culture so much I lived in Belgium for over a year.

My adventures have spanned the Caribbean, Mexico, Asia, Australia, and 49 of the 50 states — each destination adding a new layer to my perspective.

Outside of travel, I’ve had the privilege of working in live entertainment for 15 years, contributing to productions in NYC, NJ, and on national tours. Being out out the ordinary, I’m a certified balloon pilot and inflation team captain for the iconic Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. Guiding these beloved characters down the parade route each year has been an absolute joy and honor.
