We booked a multi destination trip with Anna that began as a single destination. As trip planning goes we added and changed our flights and experiences - adding extensions and early departures along the way Anna took all the worry out of dealing with multiple changes and the flights - accommodations went off without complication. Thank you Anna for making a wonder 3 weeks seamless, with no hiccups to speak of! You made our vacation a worry free experience and we had the comfort of knowing you were always there to assist.

Anna is a wonderful agent who set up our initial travel arrangements within a day. As the date of departure neared, Anna accommodated multiple changes/additions to our itinerary as the scope of our plans increased. Anna responded to our many emails promptly. Her excellent approach ensured our outcomes were achieved.

Anna is amazing to work with! She always has plenty of insight and recommendations for us to consider. We have now had Anna plan a couple of trips for us, and both exceeded our expectations. Anna is so easy to work with and really takes the time to understand what it is you’re looking for in a holiday. I will be using her services many times to come.

Anna was very helpful and answered all our questions.

We recently returned from a fantastic two-week vacation to Western Canada, and we owe much of our smooth, stress-free experience to our incredible travel advisor, Anna Aitchison. From the very start, Anna took care of everything — booking our accommodations, arranging air travel, coordinating transfers to and from the airport, and keeping us informed of any changes to our flight schedules. Our itinerary took us from Calgary (where we attended the Calgary Stampede for the first time) through Banff, Kelowna, Vancouver, Nanaimo, Ucluelet, and Tofino. Anna ensured that we had all the details we needed — from rental car arrangements to local tips — so we could simply relax and enjoy our trip. Her attention to detail, prompt communication, and ability to anticipate our needs made the entire journey seamless. We felt completely taken care of, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our trip special. We would not hesitate to recommend Anna to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and personable travel advisor. We look forward to planning our next adventure with her!

With Anna's expertise and guidance, my 86-year old mother, sister, and I had a wonderful river cruise. She advised us on a cruise provider who would allow us to (comfortably) share a suite, provide gentle excursions, and provide good food and amenities. Anna proactively provided guidance and timely reminders along the way. She earned our trust very quickly, and her expertise was invaluable. I reached out to Anna because she helped my partner and I have a great trip south to get some winter sun. She really showed her skills and expertise on this more complicated trip. We have already endorsed Anna to others. She is also helping us plan our next trip!

Everything was great

Good whether very good service. Everyone was nice providing excellent service. Clear water and sandy beaches We love that

Anna was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping us book our trip. Very quick to respond back to questions. I would 100% consult her again when booking a trip. It was a large group and she made booking very smooth and less stressful.

My husband planned this trip with Anna as a surprise for my birthday and everything about it was absolutely perfect. She made the planning process very easy, and answered all of our questions before, and during our trip including while she was even away herself. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Anna and will be using her for future trips again!

So easy -we let Anna know what we needed/wanted and she did all the work!!! Everything booked went so smoothly! Highly recommend if you want a great vacation without having to worry about any of the details 💕

Anne was so easy to work with. She responded to all emails, phone calls and answers questions quickly. She was so helpful and made booking our trip easy. I will definitely book with her again.

Anna has helped us plan a number of family trips over the past few years. She has always provided the best service, options, and tips to ensure our trips go as planned. We highly recommend her to plan any travel!

We are so pleased with everything Anna did to make our wedding trip so special. She was very responsive and friendly in all our interactions. She was also flexible with our requests and always made sure we had everything we were looking for. We requested a few different quotes to change our reservation (first, we extended our trip to include our honeymoon, and then we updated to include the Preferred Club at our resort), and Anna always happily came back with the updated information, ready to accommodate any request.

We heard very positive feedback from our guests who also worked with Anna. They were very pleased with her attention to detail, and the fact that she kept them well informed ahead of time with any updates.

We would certainly book a trip through Anna again - we have been very happy with her dedication to our perfect wedding trip from start to finish.

Anna was very helpful and answered all the various questions that we had!

Anna was so helpful in planning our family's recent trip to Punta Cana! We had lots of logistical questions prior to the trip which Anna responded to immediately. She was extremely attentive throughout the entire process and checked in with us every step of the way! So helpful to have someone else navigating our way to a wonderful family trip! Thanks so much Anna.

Anna is an amazing travel agent who is very thorough in every aspect of your travel plans.

Amazing, very easy and accommodating to all my requests and price ranges for destinations and experiences.

Anna was very patient with our indecisiveness and last minute changes. Once we finally chose our destination and dates, she quickly booked our trip and helped us to add on additional products (insurance, bag check). She was very attentive and kept in touch with us before and after the trip!

Where to start, the list goes on and on. My wife and I booked a last minute cruise for our 25th anniversary. Anna was recommended by a friend and we clearly know why. Anna was more than knowledgeable and it was very evident that she was passionate and committed to ensuring we had a great trip. She went over and above and exceeded all of our expectations. Most importantly she was flawless in planning and making sure all of the I’s and T’s were crossed. We will only use Anna in the future. Do yourself a favour and use her service, you will be highly impressed.

Anna was a pleasure to work with. Very prompt in responding at any hour. Well organized vacation for our large family.
