My wife and I wanted to go to do something special for our 15 year wedding anniversary. We had the pleasure of working with Tenaya to plan our recent river cruise. This adventure fit us perfectly going from Budepeast to Vilshofen. We had the best trip to Cabo we could have wished for! Las Velas Boutique Resort was amazing and the service was impeccable! Tenaya was recommended to us by a friend, and she was an absolutely incredible Travel Agent! She really worked with us, our wishes, our location, preferences, our schedule, and our budget. She found an unbelievable deal and had actually done that cruise herself in the past, and give us detailed instructions on what to expect, recommendations, and ways to make things extra special. When we had some unexpected challenges in our travel, she helped us take care of them in real time. She was responsive with all of the questions we had and made our trip extra special. Absolutely excellent cruise ship (The Wind Star line). Not too large, excellent accommodations, wonderful people working on the ship, and superior food. Reasonable price. Numerous good excursions on the various islands. Absolute beauty of the ocean and the greenery and hills of thevarious islands. Myonly complaint is that the cruise ship was not able to arrange a fishing trip for me. We got that in by going on the Internet, but that was the only weakness that I could note. Tenaya was extremely helpful in making arrangements. Very thorough and always readily available. She arranged a trip to India for us last year, and that also was excellent. In both cases she was very conscious of cost. Both trips were scheduled right at the end of the monsoon season for a greatly reduced rate. Fortunately, we had no rain problems on either trip. I on a scale of 10, I would give her a 10+ for all that she did.

I knew I wanted to do some sort of family trip over Christmas vacation, but had no idea what. Tenaya was so patient in helping me figure that out. She suggested several options, and when we settled on a cruise, she gave me easy to compare outlines of each. She was so fun to work with and I always knew I could contact with any questions or concerns. Our whole family had the best time and Tenaya did such a great job in finding our cruise and in making it go as smoothly as possible. She is passionate about travel and it shows!

Tenaya does all you might hope for as a travel agent...and much more. Before, during, and after the trip, you feel like someone is guiding you along the best way and has your back if anything does not go as initially planned. Our initial flight had a mechanical delay and Tenaya was 5X more helpful than the gate agent. Great in asking questions and vision-casting as well as meticulous in the details. Tenaya expertly crafted my retirement vacation to French Polynesia for 12 days, including an unforgettable Windstar cruise! I needed to plan very short notice travel to visit a friend in hospice. Tenaya handled all the details. Even though I’m an experienced traveler, she was very helpful. We returned for the funeral later as a family and her arrangements made everything much nicer for our kids (who had never been to a funeral before). I had to fly out to my parent’s home two states over when my father suddenly found himself on his deathbed. While my flight was taxiing for takeoff, I sent Tenaya a text asking for help sorting out a rental car for me on the other end. I didn’t even know how long I was going to be out there.
