First let me say I am extremely particular. Before I contact any travel agent, I have already picked my room or cabin location, muster location and dining options. Yes, I could be called difficult.
Geoffrey never acted as if a request was too much or became impatient. His number one goal was to exceed my wish list. In the first 36 hours, I may have sent too many emails, he continued to answer every one in a timely manner. Would I use him again…YES!

Best First Disney CA trip!

Geoffrey has been more than helpful, this is our first Disneyland trip. His tips have been such a time saver and are extremely beneficial. We are glad we were able to use his services to plan this birthday getaway for our daughter. I appreciate the insight and details he gave about the parks. The lightning lane multi pass has been such a great recommended benefit to have. Our room came with a fantastic view! We appreciate everything he has done for us on this trip.

Amazing customer service, Easy Planning

Geoffrey is very knowledgeable and friendly. I used his services to book my birthday trip this year (2025), and it has been a breeze. As a pro-Disney goer, I’ve planned all my trips myself. However it’s so much easier letting Geoffrey take the reins. It’s hard giving up control, but the moment I learned I didn’t have to stay up on my app to book my dining spots, etc, I realized it’s like having the best kind of assistant ever. He’s also friendly, so it doesn’t feel like I’m talking to some cold, mean person lol! It feels like booking a trip with a friend!
Also, we were able to still make payments instead of fully upfront! Bonus!
Also also, I’ve asked him to give me quotes for several trips since and while none have booked (yet!), he still provides excellent service with each quote!!
He’s a gem

An absolute savior in an emergency!

The morning we left, part of our travel party woke up ill and unable to travel. I immediately emailed Geoffrey (911 was the subject) and he worked to get their reservation moved to later in the week and worked magic to get them some refund for the days they missed.
Later the next day, he even came and connected with us in Epcot (happened to be there at the same time) to meet us and check in. I appreciate his attentiveness, as I became really high-maintenance ??
He is amazing and I will for sure work with him again.
