Karen was amazing, helping us book our first ever cruise. We didn't know what we were doing - how to select the best cabin for our needs, navigating dining room options, navigating flights to/from, etc. We had originally considered an inside cabin but Karen recommended an ocean view on a lower deck and she was right! The little bit extra was totally worth it. She selected what turned out to be the perfect cabin for us; being near the elevators and the casino we could hear nothing from either and it was wonderful to be able to step outside our cabin and be able to get right to where we needed to be. We loved being able to see the water and given we had a couple of days where the sea was a little choppy, we liked that we were lower down. The service from our room steward and all the dining room staff was fantastic. My Time Dining was also the best choice for us; we ended up making reservations in the main dining room for the same time each day of the cruise so we could have the same wonderful wait staff. We're definitely saving up for our next one now! Thank you, Karen!

This started with a list of three things I wanted to see in SE Alaska. What I needed was a fairly efficient and inexpensive way to connect them so I could see them in one trip. Karen found an Alaskan Dream cruise which included all three places, at a special discount for Alaska residents. Made things a whole lot easier. She also answered a variety of questions from the mundane to the esoteric which I had about the itinerary. Good job

Any time I had a question she had an answer and the answer was quick and exactly what I needed. I am a complete novice at this cruise thing. She's been a Godsend.
