I am Edith Allen Penny, a native of Durham, North Carolina. Edith attended the Durham City Schools and matriculated to North Carolina Central University, earning a BA Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration. Upon graduating from NC Central University, I worked in the fields of Social Services and Education, most of my time with Communities In Schools of the Rocky Mount Region. After retirement, I wanted to travel and help others plan trips.  I joined XStream Travel and have been moving my way for the past seven years.

Planning, organization, and accountability are the core elements of my advising style. I am a Certified Cruise Counsellor with Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA). I am also a Verified Travel Advisor with the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA). I continuously work to be informed and complete vendor training.
