I was referred to Shaliah and she did NOT disappoint. I shared with her my vision and ideas for my 35th birthday trip for London and she made the process seamless. From being accessible for my millions of questions, to being highly communicative, to being extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I literally couldn’t have had a better experience. She checked off all my boxes with the hotel; with the location, luxury and free breakfast!! She secured a direct flight with United round trip after sharing I didn’t like connecting flights. And most of all, she checked in to make sure everything went well and everyone made it to and from London safely. I’ll forever refer Shaliah for EVERY trip possible because she literally makes dreams come true!!

Shaliah was very helpful throughout the entire process. Made us feel comfortable with her. Can’t wait to book her again!

My classmates and I planned our 25th high school reunion with Shaliah Maddox. From the beginning of planning until the end of the trip we were taken care of with elite customer service. All options, activities, travel from and to the airport were taken care of. It was a great time, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you for making this trip a successful one! I will definitely use your services again.

Shaliah coordinated a totally unforgettable experience from beginning to end. She was proactive with communicating important details and gave very helpful advice. She also responded to every question in a timely and professional manner. She even arranged my shuttle to and from the resort. Shaliah provided 5-star service in every way.

Working with Shaliah was an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She put together an incredible travel package that accommodated the different budgets and needs of everyone in our group without sacrificing the quality of the experience. Her payment plan was structured perfectly, giving everyone ample time to make payments while making an amazing vacation feel attainable. Shaliah’s communication was exceptional. She kept us informed every step of the way with payment reminders, deadlines, and important travel updates, so there were never any surprises. One of the best parts of working with her was that she arranged our transportation to and from the hotel. That small detail made a huge difference, removing the stress and chaos of arriving in a new destination and giving us peace of mind knowing we would get back to the airport on time for our flight home. Overall, our experience with Shaliah was nothing short of amazing. She was professional, organized, attentive, and truly committed to making sure our trip was seamless and enjoyable. The trip was very organized and relaxing. Shaliah ensured that all her guest were comfortable and satisfied.

We kind of started out a little late in the game with planning our reunion trip. We found a hotel, made a deposit but the the resort had to make the hard decision of not being open due to recent hurricanes. Shaliah updated our group promptly and helped us find another resort. She gave us some nice options and advice on them all. We’re a tough crowd but she held it down. Shaliah went about a week before us and have great reviews and suggest as well. She was right, we loved it and I’m already trying to go back.

Shaliah was absolutely amazing in helping us book our trip for our honeymoon and anniversary! We originally planned to go to Puerto Rico, but Shaliah suggested doing Jamaica instead for a better deal on all inclusive resorts. She was very thorough and listened to everything we were looking for and made it happen! She made us aware of destinations to avoid for safety purposes and specific documents we may need as well.
