However, my love for travel and exceptional customer service started long before that—I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, giving me a deep understanding of what it takes to create unforgettable experiences.

My journey into the travel industry began when I started planning trips for my friends and family. I loved every aspect of it—researching destinations, crafting personalized itineraries, and making sure every detail was just right. As more people turned to me for help with their vacations, I realized that my passion for travel could become something bigger. That’s when I decided to officially become a travel agent and turn my skills into a business.

Now, as the owner of Epic Adventures By Shaliah, I specialize in group trips, destination weddings, and all-inclusive vacations, but I’m happy to book any type of trip my clients need—whether it’s a quick weekend getaway, a luxury escape, or a family vacation. Thanks to my extensive background in hospitality, I know how to find the best accommodations, secure the best deals, and add those special touches that make a trip truly memorable.
