While I was visiting relatives in Germany, fall of last year, I received a phone call from my husband, explaining that our son has gone into the hospital with total organ failure and was in ICU. Not wishing to panic, I gave it a few days, as our son had been very ill many times. But, things only went from bad to worse. Once I realized I had to return home, I e-mailed Nadia, who swung into action, cancelled my original flight, and original hotel, rebooked a new flight, and new hotel, and had it all ready in a record 1.5 hours!! When I returned, she also expedited the processing of my travel claim, so that I could recoup some of my expenses with my travel insurance, (which SHE advised me to get). All in all, Nadia was efficient, and she came through for me in an emergency situation, for which I will always be grateful. I trust and respect her expertise!! She is the travel guru as far as I am concerned!

Thank you to Nadia for her help with our cruise to Greece. She booked for us a Haven Suite for amazing price. She is very positive and friendly. Everything was easy with her. And it was a big surprise for us, when we've found a bottle of wine from her in our suite for my birthday. Also she explained me about wedding on a cruise. This information was very interesting for me and who knows maybe helpful one day.

We have booked annual cruises with Nadia for 3 years in a row now with excellent results. She knows everything about the ships (she visits them herself) especially related to suite accommodations. Also she provides help with pre- and post-cruise accommodations, transfers, etc. I would highly recommend using her for any cruise especially if you are looking for a suite.

My mother wanted to take a cruise to the Caribbean. However, I was very concerned about her going alone because she is a senior citizen and she had never been on such an excursion by herself before. I was worried about her well-being not having a family member or friend with her in case there were any issues. I also found after researching some cruise possibilities that it would require paying a double supplement in order for her to make this trip. I decided to research further to see if there were any alternative options that would allow her to go and be properly accommodated.
I found Aurora Cruises and Travel and called to inquire if they would be able to assist us with our special circumstances. They were very willing to help and were able to address my questions and concerns. As it turned out, they were able to find a female travel partner for my mom and booked them into a very comfortable stateroom that they could share. As a result, my mom had the time of her life on her cruise! She and her travel partner even climbed a waterfall in Ocho Rios and had a lot of fun with other activities during the trip – including participating in a dance competition. Her partner won the competition and scored a bottle of champagne!
This was an amazing life experience for my mother and it was really nice to have the peace of mind that mom was in good hands and had someone looking out for her as well. Aurora Cruises and Travel went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and took care of everything. I am really pleased with their service, knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. They provide a wonderful service and I will definitely have them arrange vacations for us in the future!

Creating a Wonderful Experience

Just returned from our first cruise on the Oasis of the Seas and have to say it was a wonderful experience especially the part of working with Nadia and her team. While we have sailed with Royal Caribbean before, this was our first time on the Oasis Class as well as well as our first time in a suite. Booking the Grand Suite was Nadia's suggestion and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. Her knowledge of the Oasis class ships and especially the Suite experience really helped us to know exactly what to expect. We look forward to working with Nadia going forward and already have two further cruises booked and are discussing a third with her.

My husband and I used to book our Cruises either on board or by ourselves on the RCCL Web Page, but since we have started using Nadia at Aurora Cruise and Travel we have come to realise the benefits of using and agent. This year while on our cruise from Barcelona to Dubai Nadia had been trying to contact us to let us know that on our next leg crossing the atlantic back to Fort Lauderdale she had obtained a stateroom upgrade for us. Knowing that I like to check Facebook that is how she managed to let us know, and also gave us a lovely surprise of Dinner For Two at one of the specialty restaurants. It’s hard to describe the amazing effort and the phenomenal level of customer service Nadia had shown me. During the Christmas holidays when I was facing problems with my booking she interrupted her holiday, stepped up, instantly took actions and solved my problem. I have booked through several traveling agents before but no agent has taken the time to explore and post as many photos and information as possible about any ship like Nadia does. This is my second cruise booking with Nadia, on her website she simplify the overwhelming amount of information I need to know about the ship. I could see pictures and layouts of any suite I’m interested in, I could watch videos with information that made making a decision very simple. Nadia is extremely knowledgeable about cruising, especially the Royal Caribbean Oasis class ships. She was able to answer my questions off the top of her head without having to look anything up. She knows these ships inside out. The Dining Guide that she offers on her website is a great resource. It helps you understand which restaurants are complimentary and which ones have an additional cost. It also includes sample menus from the restaurants to help you decide where to dine while on your cruise. Her Ultimate Guide to Cruising is also a very helpful planning tool. Nadia is realistic; she understands the pros and cons of different options and tries to help each customer find the right fit for their needs.

I consider myself a cruise expert and I never consider a cruise using a travel agency. There are too many details to take into consideration while booking your vacation. How could I entrust somebody to give it the same details as I would?
Then I met Nadia.
She is a dream travel and cruise planner for somebody anxious like me. She goes everything you can imagine to ensure you are booking the right flight, ship, hotel paying the best rate – imagine all details you think about. In my last cruise in Europe there are more than 20 details that she planned. We did Western and Eastern Mediterranean back-to-back with stops in Paris and Madrid before the cruise.
Nadia made all bookings as I planned. I saved around 20 hours in research that Nadia did for me and my family. She was super-fast at answering emails that I so appreciate.
Nadia is fantastic to work with. I would not use anyone else. Thank you Nadia!
