Lauren planned a birthday weekend in New York City, which I had the privilege of attending and I had the TIME OF MY LIFE! Each activity we partook in was so much fun, my favorite being making arts and crafts at Happy Medium in Greenpoint. I had a wonderful experience with the help of Lauren for a friend’s birthday trip. We were a very large group, yet she somehow kept everyone organized and in the loop the whole weekend. Her attention to detail was very much appreciated; she even printed out a whole itinerary displayed in the hotel room. I took a picture of the itinerary she made not only because it was helpful to guide me through the weekend, but it was also so beautifully made- I had to capture it. She was very communicative and patient with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

On the third day of our trip the hotels furnace stopped working and there was no hot water. I emailed Lauren about the situation and within an hour she had made new accommodations for us and secured us a full refund for our stay. I didn’t have to worry or make calls, Lauren took care of it all! I cannot recommend working with Lauren enough for your next trip, I know I will be again!!
