What a wonderful trip to Ireland Ashley helped us plan. She did all the research on different options and was able to find a special with 2 for 1 airfare. She coordinated our travelnwith another couple. Ashley kept on top of details to ensure we registered in time for optional excursions, picked/upgraded seats, and even notified me to make sure I was aware when AA changed departure times. She is very well traveled herself and is excellent in keeping up with details to make sure you can just enjoy the trip! Would definitely recommend her and will use her again.

This was our trip of a lifetime! Ashley did a 5 star job arranging and pulling our trip all together. She made the extra effort to make sure my food allergies were covered. We described what we were looking for in a tour and she listened and found the perfect one for us! She was timely and gave us reminders on due dates. She also shared personal helpful hints. Her ability to be flexible and positive attitude was a real plus! You don't realize how important a good travel agent is until you need one and we will never plan a trip without her. It was a TRULY ENJOYABLE trip because she took care of everything in advance and we showed up for the FUN part.....no wrong turns, no last minute planning for transportation or restaurants, etc!!! TIckets were ready for us in advance and we were let off at the door for every attraction thanks to her putting us with a tour group that has well experienced guides (CIE). It was soooooo stress free....like a vacation should be! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASHLEY AS A TRAVEL AGENT!

Ashley was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. She helped us organize every detail of our trip—from selecting the perfect hotel to making thoughtful dinner reservations and ensuring all of our activities were truly kid-friendly for our family. What really set Ashley apart was her attention to detail and proactive communication. She consistently emailed helpful local updates, including weather, events, and anything that might impact traffic or plans. She also shared fun ideas and opportunities we wouldn’t have found on our own. Even while we were in Hawaii, Ashley continued to support us with coordination, which made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Because of her, our entire family was able to relax and truly enjoy the experience. We had such a carefree, memorable vacation that we’re still talking about it—and it’s all thanks to Ashley’s hard work, organization, and care. We couldn’t recommend her more highly and will absolutely be using her again for future trips!

Ashley helped us plan and book a Pacific Northwest Adventure, which started off with a wonderful trip to Mount Rainier National Park outside Seattle. We also did an early morning coffee stop at the Seattle Starbucks Roastery, where I had the most delicious smoked salmon croissant and tiramisu latte! That was followed by a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island (lovely trip as we could see the Seattle skyline in the background as we pulled away!) and then a road trip to Port Angeles, the jumping off point for exploring Olympic National Park! The whole trip was fantastic and Ashley was instrumental in helping us plan a complicated trip with a lot of moving parts. I highly recommend Ashley Niemeyer Adventures!

This trip was living proof of why using a travel agent is so crucial. At literally 1 week prior to the trip, our hotel reservations were cancelled due to a water main break. Ashley informed me of this via text (as she had received an email notification about it) and had several other options ready to go. She rebooked me that day, which was great because I was at work while all this was happening and the alternate hotels were filling up fast due to the water main break affecting many of the hotels within the park. I know if I had booked this on my own, I probably would’ve been SOL as I don’t pay close attention to my email. I probably would’ve showed up at the original hotel only to find out the res had been canceled. The hotel Ashley was able to book us in put us in an adults only building with a hot tub and continental breakfast! They also gave us a 20% off coupon to a steakhouse. I had concerns initially with the situation hotel because it was not on the rim of the canyon like we’d planned, however the extra amenities more than made up for it and it was still very close to the canyon (15 min drive).
