My professional background includes more than 25 years of success in public relations, marketing, television production, customer service, including work as an international horse racing analyst and sports assistant producer for Panamanian television. Those roles have taught me how to listen carefully, manage details under pressure, communicate clearly, meet deadlines, and deliver polished results.
